StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. As part of Stretch Ventures, a growing franchise network dedicated to empowering clients to Live Long, StretchLab Stamford is poised to be a cornerstone of the local wellness community—and we need a driven General Manager to help make that happen.

💼 Position: General Manager

As the General Manager of StretchLab Stamford, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and create a welcoming, engaging environment that makes our studio a trusted wellness destination.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead studio operations and ensure exceptional client experiences

• Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events

• Recruit, train, and support Flexologists and sales associates

• Build a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture

• Track performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Host team meetings and individual check-ins

• Collaborate closely with leadership to maximize retention and results

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of management experience in fitness, wellness, or retail (preferred)

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Highly organized and comfortable with technology

• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in rewarding strong leadership with a competitive, growth-focused package:

Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus Potential: Up to $30,000 annually, tied to performance metrics including year-over-year growth, membership draft growth, and labor cost control

Commission Structure:

• 5% commission on first month of personal recurring membership sales

• 3% commission on personal package sales

• Monthly studio performance commission opportunities

Benefits:

• 2 weeks (10 days) of Paid Time Off annually

• Optional health insurance (cost based on current plan)

• Simple IRA with 1–3% company match

• $250 annually for professional development
