🚀 The Role: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process, supporting new membership sign-ups, and fostering an engaging community environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, booking and confirming appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager and other team members to achieve studio sales goals and quotas.

✨ Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fitness knowledge or background preferred but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Book and confirm intro appointments
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients
  • Conduct tours of the facility and establish relationships with clients
  • Maintain high personal sales production and meet monthly quotas
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio
  • Ensure the studio is clean, tidy, and organized
  • Support other Sales Associates and Lead Flexologists to meet studio goals
