Your Role:
As a Mobility Specialist & Fitness Professional, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions customized to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of mobility and flexibility for recovery, prevention, and overall health.
• Assess client mobility levels and create stretching plans based on our specialized protocols.
• Build relationships with clients, providing them with motivation, guidance, and a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and inclusive studio culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Fitness & Wellness: A commitment to helping clients improve their well-being through mobility and flexibility.
• Certification & Experience: Preferably certified in personal training, physical therapy, or a related field (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.). Experience in bodywork, massage, yoga, or Pilates is a plus!
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport.
• Team Player: Energized by a collaborative environment and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $24-$28 per hour plus tips
