💼 Position: General Manager

As the General Manager of StretchLab Westport, you’ll oversee all facets of studio operations, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment that makes StretchLab an integral part of the local wellness community.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Drive membership sales through creative marketing, community outreach, and brand-building initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Flexologists and sales associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build a positive and motivating studio environment that reflects StretchLab’s mission and values.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, set goals, and support staff development.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize client experience and enhance membership retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio by ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
• Interest in using AI-driven tools to enhance studio operations and improve client service is a plus.

✨ Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a management role, ideally in fitness, wellness, or retail.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.

• Organizational skills with proficiency in data management and reporting.

• Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, along with a desire to help others reach their goals.

• Openness to using AI-driven tools to streamline studio operations and improve client service.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000.
