💼 Position Area Manager
📍 Location Scarsdale, NY
💰 Salary $60,000 to $65,000 annually plus performance bonuses and commission opportunities

🌟 What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations for a primary StretchLab studio while supporting the performance and growth of 2 to 3 additional locations
Drive membership sales, lead generation, and revenue growth across all assigned studios
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, and Flexologists
Monitor studio KPIs including membership growth, retention, revenue performance, and client satisfaction
Conduct regular studio visits to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand standards
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns, community outreach, and business development strategies
Maintain a positive, motivating, and accountability driven team culture

✅ Qualifications

Previous experience managing multiple locations, preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or membership based businesses
Strong background in sales leadership, team development, and operations management
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve studio performance metrics
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience coaching and developing high performing teams
Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and client experience

Candidates with experience in fitness management jobs, regional wellness leadership roles, gym operations, boutique fitness management, or franchise operations are highly encouraged to apply.
