📣 ATTENTION RYE BROOK FITNESS PROFESSIONALS! StretchLab Is Hiring! 📍
💼 Join a High-Performing Team at Our Established Rye Brook Studio 💪
Already built. Already growing. Now we’re leveling up the team.
Are you passionate about movement, mobility, and helping people actually feel better in their bodies (not just talk about it)? Join the industry leader in assisted stretching and step into a studio with an existing member base, strong momentum, and real opportunity.
🌟 Who We Are:
StretchLab is leading the boutique wellness space with 450+ studios nationwide. Our CT & NY region is one of the fastest-growing groups in the system, and our Rye Brook location is a key part of that growth.
This isn’t a startup guessing its way forward—this is a proven studio with systems, demand, and a team that knows how to win.
🚀 What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring Flexologists — movement professionals who deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions in a client-focused environment.
If you’ve got a background in fitness, rehab, or movement and want to deepen your impact (and your skillset), you’ll fit right in.
💰 Pay: $24–$28/hr when working with clients + tips
💼 The Role: Flexologist
You will:
• Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions
• Educate members on mobility, recovery, and long-term body health
• Build strong client relationships (think retention, not transactions)
• Contribute to a positive, team-first studio culture
🎓 Training & Certification:
You’ll complete our nationally recognized Flexologist Training Program (on us):
• ~30 hours of online + in-studio training
• Hands-on coaching from Master Trainers
• Ongoing development so you don’t plateau
🌈 What You Get:
• $24–$28/hr when stretching clients + tips
• Paid training + certification
• Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
• Stretching perks + retail discounts
• 401(k) options
• Real growth opportunities (we promote from within… a lot)
• A team that actually supports each other
✨ What You Bring:
• Passion for movement, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life
• 1+ year experience in fitness, bodywork, or movement preferred
• Strong communication skills (you can talk to humans, not just muscles)
• Background in PT, personal training, yoga, massage, dance, or similar = a plus
