💼 Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and inspiring studio environment. You’ll drive membership growth, provide exceptional customer service, and help clients on their journey to better health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and schedule introductory sessions.
• Conduct studio tours, identify client needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Manage front desk operations, including welcoming clients and maintaining an organized studio environment.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
• Participate in local community events to raise awareness about StretchLab Glastonbury.
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and motivating atmosphere where clients feel supported.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for energetic, personable individuals who are passionate about wellness and customer service:

• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust.
• A goal-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or retail sales is a plus—but not required!

• Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20/hour plus commission on membership sales.
