StretchLab Scarsdale is looking for an experienced General Manager / Studio Manager to lead our growing boutique fitness studio. Position: General Manager / Studio Manager
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses and commissions
Top performing General Managers regularly earn $70,000+ annually.

What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of studio performance, including:
- Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth
- Lead daily studio operations
- Recruit, coach, and develop high performing Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences
- Build relationships through community outreach and local partnerships
- Monitor key business metrics including membership growth, retention, revenue, and studio performance
- Create a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork and accountability

Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, health clubs, boutique fitness, gyms, or membership based businesses is highly preferred.
