As an Area Director, you will oversee 3+ Anytime Fitness locations throughout the Stevens Point market. You’ll be responsible for:
• Driving club profitability and performance
• Coaching and developing sales teams
• Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Managing scheduling and payroll preparation
• Facilitating crucial conversations and performance accountability
• Ensuring operational excellence across all locations
Fitness industry experience is helpful but not required. What matters most: leadership presence, sales acumen, and a self-driven mindset.
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Earning Potential: $65,000–$95,000

• Ensure operational consistency and brand standards
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Proven multi-unit leadership or management experience
• Strong sales background
• Demonstrated leadership within service or retail environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of HR practices (hiring, coaching, development)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools
