💰 Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + performance bonus opportunity

🔹 What You’ll Own
Lead Multiple Studios
• Oversee one primary studio while supporting 2–3 additional locations
• Ensure consistent execution of sales, service, and operations standards
• Identify performance gaps early and implement solutions
Develop Studio Managers
• Coach and mentor General Managers
• Hold teams accountable to studio goals
• Help build leadership pipelines within the region
Drive Revenue & Growth
• Monitor sales, retention, and utilization metrics
• Partner with studios on local marketing and outreach
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
Maintain Operational Excellence
• Conduct regular studio visits
• Ensure compliance with company systems and processes
• Help standardize best practices across locations

✔ Experience managing multiple teams, locations, or departments
✔ Strong leadership presence and coaching ability
✔ Comfortable owning measurable performance targets
✔ Organized, decisive, and solution-oriented
✔ Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Fitness or membership-based business experience is helpful but not required for the right leader.
