💼 Position: Assistant Studio Manager

💰 $20–$22 per hour + commission + performance bonuses

🔹 What You’ll Own

Support Studio Leadership

• Partner with the Studio Manager to run daily operations
   
• Help maintain strong sales and service standards
   
• Step in to lead shifts and team execution

Drive Membership Growth

• Manage leads and follow-ups
   
• Conduct sales conversations and close memberships
   
• Support local outreach and community marketing

Help Build a High-Performance Team

• Support coaching of Sales Associates and Flexologists
   
• Reinforce expectations and accountability
   
• Help maintain a strong, positive studio culture

Run the Numbers

• Track daily sales and performance metrics
   
• Help identify issues early and support solutions
   
• Keep the studio organized and running smoothl

✔ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business

✔ Comfortable working toward measurable goals

✔ Strong organization and follow-through

✔ Confident speaking with clients and closing sales

✔ Interest in growing into a Studio Manager role
