💼 Position: Membership Manager

📍 Location: Glastonbury, CT

💰 Pay: $18–$20/hour + commission on membership sales

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the studio’s front-line leader in growing and retaining our member base

• Welcome guests, learn about their wellness goals, and recommend the best membership options

• Conduct studio tours and introductory stretch consultations to create lasting first impressions

• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and studio upkeep

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and lead tracking

• Represent StretchLab Glastonbury at local community events and wellness partnerships

• Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional, consistent member experience

✨ Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills—you thrive on connection

• Sales-driven and motivated to meet or exceed monthly membership goals

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through

• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others live healthier, more active lives

• Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based sales is a plus (but not required)

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $18–$20/hour + commission
